Job Title: Manager, Banking Relations and Treasury

Details
As job holder, you will be responsible for directly managing the company’s banking relationships, bank accounts architecture and treasury operational process.

Job Description
Provide supervisory support to the Banking relations team member
People development of Banking Relations team, developing the strong pipeline
Development of an optimal Bank accounts architecture
Responsible for Bank accounts opening and closure; interbank and intrabank transfers, cash pooling etc.
Management of Banking Relationships
Ensure that all payments and receivables are captured on SAP
Ensure clean Bank Reconciliation and proper system of resolution of any findings
Timely and effective month-end closing
Manage all month and year end reporting deadlines in compliance with management guidelines
Oversee processing and tracking of all LC’ s and schedule
Liaise with the Banks for day-to-day operation
Manage relationships with financial service providers
Monitor interest charges, bank transaction fees and address service quality issues
Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their interest rates & services to evaluate, identify and prevent the revenue leakage
Ensure efficient and effective internal control over banking transaction
Ensure effective and efficient payment process
Implementation and management of treasury operational processes and trade finance related transactions
Ensure compliance to the company treasury processes, company policy guiding treasury activities and all regulatory/statutory laws
Maintain procedure description of all activities under the scope.
Ensure that Certificate of Capital Importation (CCI) are issued within 24 hours after receipt of the capital inflow and relevant documentation
Develop processes to optimize cash and liquidity management in line with management guidelines
Provide banking advisory support to management
Engagement of Switching companies and other online payment platform partners
Carry out all assigned tasks as directed by the Financial Controller

Education:
First degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Master degree in Accounting/Finance or preferably an MBA from a reputable university
Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA, CIMA etc.).

Related Experience:
Minimum of 6 years related work experience
At least 2 years in a supervisory/management capacity.

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Locations: Enugu, Kano
Employment type: Permanent contract

Responsibilities
Daily booking of sales entries on SAP
Daily booking of collections and follow-up with Head Office to complete entries
Bank reconciliation of collection account allotted to branch
Debtor review of branch (follow-up for recovery of balances), sending monthly balance confirmations and ensure to collect back and file it for audit purpose
Weekly booking of expenses and preparing the settlement of vouchers on a product by product basis.
Ensure the accuracy of booking of expenses in right profit center, internal order, Plant, Division etc.
Participate in month-end physical verification of stocks and sit with Warehouse staff to compare with SAP
Stock Transfer Receipts and Issues should be booked as and when stock received and issued and coordinate with respective accountants to close the entries.
Fixed assets management and reconciliation of the same with SAP balances.
Sending quarterly balance confirmation of assets under branch to Head Office fixed asset team.
Giving daily hard and soft copies of Stock and debtors to Branch/ Regional Manager and helping them in preparing the reports if requested.
Supporting the Branch/Regional Manager in audit, tax and other statutory issues.

Requirements
B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance and other related disciplines
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and SAP ERP
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
Excellent spoken and written communication
Numeracy and analytical skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Job Title: IT Engineer

Location: Kano
Employment type: Permanent contract

Job Description
We seek an IT Engineer to be based in Kano to take ownership of end users’ issues reported and see them through to resolution.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of end users issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to end user.
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve End Users Issues.
Escalate IT issues to the IT Manager where necessary.
Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained.
Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops.
Preventive approach, suggestions for improvements
Provide IT Support to others and prepare weekly report, documents and correspondence.
Perform basic administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Engineering
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and related disciplines
Proficient in using Microsoft packages (word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook)
Self-motivated with strong communications skills
Influencing and persuasion skills.
