GENERAL MANAGER

JOB DEFINITION
Be resourceful, versatile, inquisitive, research oriented, experiment minded and have verifiable practical manufacturing experience preferably in any of bricks, roofing sheets, tiles
Have considerable work experience in the manufacturing and/or production of bricks, roofing sheet, tiles
Be a graduate of Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
Possession of MBA qualification will be an added advantage
Be an excellent manager of human & material resources
Be willing to work at Minna, Niger State where the company’s factory is located

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
A complete professional hustler with right networking who can create & turn every situation into business opportunities, develop & implement strategy to improve organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.
Person who is not scared of target and he/she is sure of consistent sales delivery
Has verifiable sales, marketing and business development experience & accomplishment
The job will be strictly target driven
This person shall build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
It shall be his/her duty to work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other strategic business managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.
Locate potential new customers, prospect for new clients, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.
He will manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
He calls on clients, often being required to make powerful presentations to convince potential prospective clients to buy company’s products.
He/she will manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company.
He/she will be required to develop sales goals for the team and lead the team to meeting the goals.
He/she should be able to train and mentor personnel and helping team members develop their skills
In summary, the duties will involve:

REQUIREMENTS
A first degree
An MBA is desirable
5-7 years of sales, marketing and/or business development experience.
