We are looking for a talented Associate CMI Analytics Manager to join our expanding global CMI Customer Development and Advanced Analytics team. The successful candidate will use advanced analytics to identify opportunities and drive transformational action.  Projects range from, but are by no means limited to, clustering, forecasting and market mix modelling, including building an understanding of e-commerce. You will work across the organization, but particularly with the customer development (sales) teams. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to articulate the value of analytics to senior stakeholders in our customer development teams. You will work closely with country & category CMI to deliver, land and embed holistic solutions to the business.

 

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

  • Be the analytical CMI partner for the Customer Development stakeholders, promoting data driven decision making
  • Lead and deliver advanced analytics projects within a fast-moving environment
  • Apply data to areas such as clustering, segmentation, regression, market mix modeling, A/B testing
  • Deliver actionable insights to help decision making
  • Support the marketing analytics network in the assessment of leading edge modeling techniques and roll out of best practices globally
  • Support the operationalizing of specialty across categories and functions to standardize tools, insights and decision-making frameworks globally
  • Foster the transfer of knowledge and ongoing learning across CMI teams and other functions
  • Set analytics priorities for 3rd parties to leverage ongoing investments and evolve analytic techniques for analytics globally

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience in advanced analytics (clustering, regression, predictive models or similar) required
  • MS Office proficiency required (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using statistical analysis tools such as SAS, R, Python, Alteryx preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI preferred
  • Experience in fast moving consumer goods and retail/marketing analytics preferred
  • Data driven with a strong commercial acumen
  • Strong Statistical / Quantitative background
