The purpose of this role is to support Portfolio Management East (excluding China) organization in delivering major Downstream (DS) portfolio opportunities aimed at upgrading the portfolio. This will consist of acquisitions, divestments, swaps, certain New Market entries etc., across all DS Classes of Business. The role involves working on or setting up and leading project teams, work streams or small/medium projects, consisting representatives from Downstream Divestments & Acquisitions, the relevant Businesses/Functions and internal and external service providers, through all stages of the Shell’s common and standardized process
1.Participate on or lead transactional, cross-functional teams on various MA&D projects to ensure end-to-end delivery of portfolio projects utilizing Shell’s common and standardized process
|1.Downstream business commercial experience
2.Experience working in a project environment with some leadership experience preferred
3.Experience in negotiations with 3rd parties preferred
4.Basic M&A valuation knowledge useful
